Downtown Toronto and Yorkville Flower Delivery

Mystic Flowers delivers fresh flowers across Downtown Toronto and Yorkville, from the condos at the lake to the shops north of Bloor Street. Every bouquet, arrangement and sympathy tribute is hand-arranged by our florists in our Mississauga studio, and the downtown core is on our regular delivery routes seven days a week.

Same-day flower delivery downtown

We offer same-day delivery of fresh flowers in Downtown Toronto and Yorkville. As part of Toronto, both are in both of our delivery zones, so we deliver from Monday to Saturday and on Sundays too. Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more, orders under $50 have a $15 delivery fee, and we email you as soon as your order has been delivered.

A downtown address often needs a little more detail. For a tower, please add the suite number and the buzzer code, as well as the company name and the floor for an office. For a hotel guest, add the full name on the reservation and the room number if you have it. If your flowers need to arrive at a set time, call 905-677-9999 before you order and we will tell you what is possible for that address.

From a brewery village to the Mink Mile

Yorkville began in 1830 as a separate community, funded by the brewer Joseph Bloor and William Botsford Jarvis, then Sheriff of the Home District. It became a village in 1853 and joined the City of Toronto on February 1, 1883. In the 1960s it was the city's bohemian centre, where Joni Mitchell, Neil Young and Gordon Lightfoot started out. Today its smaller buildings on Yorkville Avenue and Cumberland Street hold galleries, boutiques and restaurants, with the Mink Mile on Bloor Street to the south.

Mount Sinai Hospital also got its start here, in a building at 100 Yorkville Avenue that opened in 1923. To the south, Downtown Toronto takes in the towers of the Financial District at Bay and King and the 19th-century streets of St. Lawrence, and it runs all the way to Lake Ontario.

Flowers for offices and condos

Downtown orders are often sent to work. For a thank you, a new role or a client, our guides to sending flowers to a business and flowers for a new job or promotion have ideas, and our gourmet gift baskets are easy to share with a team. Gift baskets are made to order and need at least one day's notice.

For a birthday or an anniversary, see our best sellers and roses. A plant from our potted plants and succulents suits a condo with limited space, and our orchids look polished on a reception desk. Every order includes a free handwritten card.

Flowers for someone in hospital

Several of the city's major hospitals are in or near downtown, and our pages explain what to include for each one: Toronto General Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital, St. Michael's Hospital, Toronto Western Hospital and Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. Some units do not allow flowers, so please check first. Read our guide to sending flowers to someone in hospital for more.

Sympathy and funeral flowers

Funeral flowers are delivered directly to the funeral home. West along Bloor Street, we deliver to the Yorke Chapel of Turner & Porter in Bloor West Village. Add the name of the funeral home and the drop-off time in your order notes, and see our sympathy and funeral flowers or our funeral home list.
