About the hospital
Lakeridge Health Oshawa stands at 1 Hospital Court in Oshawa. It is a large hospital with an emergency department and critical care, surgery, cardiac care, a stroke unit, dialysis and kidney care, women's and children's health, mental health programs, rehabilitation and palliative care. The R. S. McLaughlin Durham Regional Cancer Centre is on the same site, so please name it in your order if that is where your patient is being treated.
Delivery to Lakeridge Health Oshawa
Oshawa is on our Monday to Saturday routes. Our Sunday zone does not reach Durham Region, so for a Sunday surprise, please plan for Saturday delivery. We offer same-day delivery of fresh flowers, delivery is free on orders of $50 or more, and orders under $50 have a $15 delivery fee. We email you as soon as your order has been delivered. Because Oshawa is on the eastern edge of our routes, please call our studio at 905-677-9999 before you order if your flowers need to arrive at a set time.

Check the unit first
Each unit sets its own rules, and they can change. Critical care, dialysis and units caring for patients with weakened immune systems may not allow fresh flowers or plants. Ask the family before you order, or call the hospital's main line at 905-576-8711. If flowers are not allowed, a bouquet delivered to the patient's home is a lovely welcome back.
Flowers for a new baby
With women's and children's health on site, many families welcome a new baby here. Many parents go home within a day or two, so check with the family before you send to the hospital. A compact design in its own vase or basket is easiest on a bedside table, and gentle scents are kinder in a shared room. Browse our get well flowers and our flowers and gifts under $60.
