Ajax Pickering Hospital Flower Delivery
Mystic Flowers sends get well flowers, plants and new baby bouquets to Lakeridge Health's Ajax Pickering Hospital from our Mississauga studio. Our florists make each one by hand and add a handwritten card at no charge.
About the hospital
The hospital stands at 580 Harwood Avenue South in Ajax and serves both Ajax and Pickering. It is part of Lakeridge Health and has an emergency department that is open around the clock, along with surgery, cancer care, obstetrics and pediatrics, regional cardiac care, mental health programs and continuing care. Lakeridge Health has other sites in Durham Region, so please check that your patient is at the Harwood Avenue site before you order.
Delivery to Ajax Pickering Hospital
Ajax is in our Monday to Saturday delivery zone. Our Sunday zone does not reach this far east, so for a patient you would like to surprise on a Sunday, please plan for Saturday delivery. We can send fresh flowers the same day, free on orders of $50 or more, with a $15 delivery fee on smaller orders. You will get an email once they are delivered. If you need a set arrival time, call the studio at 905-677-9999 first.

Check the unit first
Some units do not allow fresh flowers or plants, critical care and units treating patients with weakened immune systems among them, and the rules can change. The family will usually know, or you can call the main line at 905-683-2320. If flowers are not allowed, consider sending them to the patient's home for their return.
Flowers for a new baby
Obstetrics is on site here. Because many parents are home within a couple of days, it can be better to wait and send our new baby flowers to the house, and our new baby guide explains when to send each way. Just ask the family what suits them.
Choosing get well flowers
For a patient who will be here a while, such as in continuing care, a plant from our potted plants and succulents can go home with them afterwards, if the unit allows plants. For a shorter stay, a compact design in its own vase or basket with a gentle scent works well: try our get well flowers or our flowers and gifts under $60.
