Mystic Flowers delivers fresh flowers across Mimico and New Toronto, on the Lake Ontario shore in the southwest of Toronto. Every bouquet, arrangement and sympathy tribute is hand-arranged by our florists in our Mississauga studio, and the lakeshore is on our regular delivery routes seven days a week.
Same-day flower delivery in Mimico and New Toronto
We offer same-day delivery of fresh flowers in Mimico and New Toronto. As part of Toronto, both are in both of our delivery zones, so we deliver from Monday to Saturday and on Sundays too. Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more, orders under $50 have a $15 delivery fee, and we email you as soon as your order has been delivered.

Two lakeside towns, now one shoreline
Mimico takes its name from the Ojibwe word omiimiikaa, abundant with wild pigeons, after the passenger pigeons that once came here. A plan of subdivision was drawn up in 1856, and Mimico became a town in 1917. Humber Bay Park, with its two peninsulas around Mimico Harbour, opened in 1984.
New Toronto, just to the west, was laid out in 1890 as an industrial centre and became a town in 1920. Goodyear opened a large plant here in the 1910s, and the site has since turned into housing and a park. Humber College's Lakeshore Campus now stands on grounds with a long history of their own. Both towns became part of Etobicoke in 1967 and joined today's City of Toronto in 1998.
