Georgetown Hospital Flower Delivery

Mystic Flowers delivers get well flowers, plants and new baby bouquets to patients at Georgetown Hospital in Halton Hills. Our studio is in Mississauga, every arrangement is hand-arranged by our florists, and every order includes a free handwritten card.

About the hospital

Georgetown Hospital is part of Halton Healthcare and stands at 1 Princess Anne Drive, at Trafalgar Road, with its main entrance on the north side of Princess Anne Drive. It serves Halton Hills and the surrounding area, with an emergency department, medical and surgical care, maternity care and inpatient rehabilitation among its services. A clear name and room number help us get your flowers to the right place.

Delivery to Georgetown Hospital

Georgetown is in our delivery zone 1, so we deliver to the hospital from Monday to Saturday. Our Sunday zone does not reach Georgetown, so for a Sunday birthday or visit, please plan for Saturday delivery. We offer same-day delivery of fresh flowers, delivery is free on orders of $50 or more, and orders under $50 have a $15 delivery fee. We email you as soon as your order has been delivered. If your flowers need to arrive at a set time, call our studio at 905-677-9999 before you order.

What to include with your order

  • the patient's full name, as the hospital has it on record
  • Georgetown Hospital, 1 Princess Anne Drive, Georgetown, L7G 2B8
  • the unit or floor and the room number, if the family has shared them
  • your own phone number, in case we have a question
  • your card message, signed with your name

Check the unit first

Each unit sets its own rules, and they can change. Intensive care and units caring for patients with weakened immune systems may not allow fresh flowers or plants. Ask the family before you order, or call the hospital's main line at 905-873-0111. If flowers are not allowed, a bouquet delivered to the patient's home is a lovely welcome back.

Flowers for a new baby

Maternity care is among the hospital's services, and many parents go home within a day or two, so check with the family before you send to the hospital. Our new baby flowers are bright and cheerful, and our guide to new baby flowers explains when to send them to the hospital and when to wait.

Choosing get well flowers

A compact design in its own vase or basket is easiest on a bedside table, and gentle scents are kinder in a shared room. For a longer stay, such as rehabilitation, a plant from our potted plants and succulents can keep someone company for weeks, if the unit allows plants. Browse our get well flowers and our flowers and gifts under $60, and read our guide to sending flowers to someone in hospital for more ideas.
