Flowers for a Catholic funeral
A Catholic funeral often has three parts: a visitation or vigil, the funeral Mass, and the committal at the cemetery. Flowers sent to Holy Cross are usually displayed during the visitation at the funeral home. If the funeral Mass will be held at the family's parish church, ask the family or the funeral director whether flowers should go to the church as well, since some parishes have their own guidance on flowers in the sanctuary.

Colours and wording
White is the most traditional choice, and our white flowers include casket sprays, standing sprays and vase designs. Soft pinks, lavender and the favourite flowers of the person being remembered are also welcome. On the card, a short message such as "With deepest sympathy and prayers for your family" is always appropriate.
Flowers for the family at home
