Every Mystic Flowers order is backed by our 7-day freshness guarantee. If your flowers don't stay fresh for 7 days, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund the full purchase price, at our discretion.

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right the same way.

For a replacement, please have the original arrangement ready for pickup by our driver.
