Details to include when you order

A new, large hospital can be a maze of wings and floors for anyone who does not work there. To help your flowers find the right patient, include:

• the patient's full legal name, the way it appears on their hospital registration
• Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital, 3200 Major Mackenzie Drive West, Vaughan
• the unit, floor and room number, if the family has passed them on
• a phone number where we can reach you with any question
• the message for your free handwritten card

If the patient may be going home soon, or you are not sure of the room, call our studio at 905-677-9999 before you order. We can help you pick a delivery day, or send the flowers to the patient's home in Vaughan instead.

Check that flowers are welcome

Some hospital areas, such as intensive care, do not allow fresh flowers or plants in patient rooms. A quick message to the family, or a call to the patient's unit, will tell you whether flowers can go to the bedside. If they cannot, a bouquet at home after discharge is a warm welcome back.

Good choices for a patient

Small rooms call for compact arrangements that arrive in their own vase, ready to set on a bedside table. Our get well flowers include many bright designs that suit a hospital room. Where plants are allowed, a potted plant needs very little care during a longer stay. For new parents, browse our new baby flowers, and for any patient, our best sellers are an easy place to start.
