The Beaches and Leslieville Flower Delivery

Mystic Flowers delivers fresh flowers across The Beaches and Leslieville, in the east end of Toronto between the Don River and Victoria Park Avenue. Every bouquet, arrangement and sympathy tribute is hand-arranged by our florists in our Mississauga studio, and the east end is on our regular delivery routes seven days a week.

Same-day flower delivery in The Beaches and Leslieville

We offer same-day delivery of fresh flowers in The Beaches and Leslieville. As part of Toronto, both are in both of our delivery zones, so we deliver from Monday to Saturday and on Sundays too. Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more, orders under $50 have a $15 delivery fee, and we email you as soon as your order has been delivered.

Many of the older homes in both neighbourhoods are semi-detached or split into flats, so please tell us the unit or which door to use. If your flowers need to arrive at a set time, call 905-677-9999 before you order and we will tell you what is possible for that address.

A nursery village and a summer playground

Leslieville began in the 1850s as a small village around the Toronto Nurseries, owned by George Leslie and his sons. Most of the early residents were gardeners or worked in the local brick yards, so a florist feels at home here. Alexander Muir, who wrote "The Maple Leaf Forever", was the first principal of the village school, and the Russell Carhouse on Connaught Avenue has kept streetcars running since 1916.

The Beaches grew up as a place for a day out. Victoria Park and Scarboro Beach Park were amusement parks that drew crowds from the city around the turn of the 20th century, and the boardwalk opened in 1932. Queen Street East is still the area's main street, full of independent shops. People here do not agree on the name: the city's own signs have said both "the Beaches" and "the Beach". Either one is fine on your order.

Flowers for east end occasions

For a birthday, an anniversary or a thank you, our best sellers and flowers and gifts under $60 are a good place to start. For a new baby, see our new baby gifts, and for someone new to the neighbourhood, our guide to housewarming flowers and plants has ideas. A plant from our potted plants and succulents suits a sunny front window. Our gift baskets are made to order and need at least one day's notice. Every order includes a free handwritten card.

Flowers for someone in hospital

For a patient at Michael Garron Hospital on Coxwell Avenue, just north of Leslieville, our page for the hospital has the address and what to include. Our get well flowers are a good place to start.

Sympathy and funeral flowers

Funeral flowers are delivered directly to the funeral home. North of The Beaches on Danforth Avenue, we deliver to Giffen-Mack and Trull Funeral Home, one of the two Giffen-Mack homes. Add the name of the funeral home and the drop-off time in your order notes, and see our sympathy and funeral flowers or our funeral home list.
